Our photographic images are available in a variety of cropping and proportion options. Artwork is custom printed at the time you order, so we can print to your size and shape specifications. Photographs are printed on acid-free photo art papers (matte or semi-gloss) or genuine artist canvas.
Panoramic Format: Most of our images were originally created as full 3:1 ratio panoramas. Popular artwork sizes in this shape are: 12x36 inches, 16x48 inches, 20x60 inches, 24x72 inches, 30x90 inches, 36x108 inches and 40x120 inches.

Wide Format: Sometimes cropping an image to a 2:1 wide ratio produces a final artwork that is "just right" for your available wall space. Popular sizes in this shape are: 17x34 inches, 24x48 inches, 27x54 inches, 30x60 inches and 36x72 inches.

Traditional Format: A photograph in a 3:2 ratio is the traditional 35mm film ratio. Popular sizes in this shape are: 16x24 inches, 20x30 inches, 24x36 inches, 36x54 inches and 40x60 inches. Our images in this ratio are made from an original film or file size that is much larger than standard 35mm film. You will find that our photographs are much sharper and more detailed than photographs of comparable size that are enlarged from a 35mm film original. There is a wide range of possible compositions when cropping a panoramic original to a traditional format. The two 3:2 ratio images above were cropped from the same panoramic image at the top of this page, yet they look considerably different from each other. We would be happy to offer cropping suggestions and email a jpg file to you to review. Or you can show use how you would like an image cropped.
Diptych and Triptych arrangements can also be custom cropped from our panoramic originals. Two square or traditional format shapes cropped from the same panoramic original and placed side by side make an interesting diptych as shown to the left.

The triptych arrangement below is created using a square shape in the middle and a wide shape on each end (all cropped from the same panoramic original).
